Wow, what a group of great people. It really blew my mind when I noticed all the new posts the other day. You guys really pulled together to create a true "BROTHERHOOD". It's really great to see everyone come together like this and create a great community.

So, where do we go from here? As you probably have read in several posts already, this is your community, or at least that's how I feel. Most decisions will be left to be made by you folks. Most major decisions will go to a poll to be vote on. This is the only way I can see to run a community without people getting upset and PO'd. This community is for you and about you.

Everything here is open door, have a request, just ask.

About moderators. I have had a lot of requests for people to become moderators. At the moment I thing we currently have it covered base on our member base. But for those who have expressed interest, I'll definitely keep you in mind as we grow.

Now, I have seriously considered upgrading this forum software. The new software would be much like many other forum software platforms. More bells and whistles etc. The negative aspect is that we would lose the gallery images as well as the garage info. You would have to upgrade all of this again. And I know that is a PITA. The other downside, it that it is an expensive to upgrade, while this forum software is free, the other platform will run about $250 so I am reluctant to drop the coin unless we show significant signs of growth. So this will be left up to you guys to vote on shortly.

TG, Thanks for putting this great site together. You are correct in saying that we have created a true "BROTHERHOOD", the GR Brotherhood. It should always be about the community, and I feel thats what we have here.

As for the up grade, If it will stream line the site and remove some of the glitches I'm for it. Don't get me wrong I like it here, but the site is a little hard to navigate some times. So as I said, if will improve the flow of this great site I'm for it. I've built 2 garages already, so a 3rd won't matter.

Anything we can do to help the GR Brotherhood?

You thinking about going to vB?
Could do a poll how many people would throw in something like $20.(# could vary on how many people are willing)

The add-on potential and professional look of vB is outstanding, and the security can withstand any attacks thrown at ya when set up properly, would look good!



Talking about whats next, anyone thinking about any stickers?

Yes it would be vB. Which is basically the best software made.

Hey BOSS I would like for you to continue to upgrade and improve the site as needed to serve the cause.
Should it cost some money it would be nice if we had atleast a minor understanding of what it would take.
With this information then members can see where there time and money would be used and how they would be of help.
Not as a full partner mind you but as a contributing member. We all know it cost, every day we all pay for something.
Knowledge is a wonderful tool to Understanding.

Well,well,well........Just got here boys...Made a trip from north of DC to here in Carolina last evening in a wore out rental truck. Lost the road between Richmond and Emporia Va. I-95 was a madhouse w/cars everywhere in the ditch. Glad to report El Dee arrived unscathed but worn out big time. We have @ 8in. of snow and sleet here in the Homeland. Had to move girlfriend and that was the reason for the trip.Tried unsuccessfully to arrange a later date for the move but large construction companies don't seem too worried about the weather. Glad that's almost over, still gotta unload the truck....Noticed some pardners are around. DD no green stuff here, OK BRORight now I gotta jet but wanted to say HEY to all. Back soon and till then Always the EVEL ONE ElDee I gotta figure this site out...........I'm just sayin"
