Default Greaseless Clutch Weights

we now have greaseless clutch weights in stock we also have the cam plate sliders instock for the 700 cam plate ... if you going to go greaseless weights you MUST used the greaseless cam plate sliders... for the guys with the 660 that want to go greaseless you must buy a 700 cam plate and cam plate sliders .....
if you go greaseless you can also leave your sheave cap and o ring off when you do the install that will let the guys with the 700 run a 1.mm bottom end spacer with-out having to mod the cam plate or the clutch cage ...

I also just got in grizzly 700 and 660 sheaves that we are going to be machining the same as we do our rhino sheaves with a little deeper pocket for bottom end and futher out for 6 to 10 mph more top end speed .. if you buy our machined sheave we recomend not running more then a 1.mm bottom end spacer ..
we will be setting up a grizzly section on our website soon
1 mm Stainless Shims $ 3.00 Each
New Machined Sheave Rhino 660 or 700 $ 185.00

GREAT freak'in info ........ I've been using a Greaseless clutch setup in my Grizz for about a yr or less now ..... Love it !!!

Gonna have to look into some of the other items you'll be sell'in ...

I've got a couple threads about these "Greaseless Wonders" too ... you might wanta check them out.

Question ... I see the heaviset rollers you're gonna carry are the 18gr ones ... any chance you might get some 20's or even 22's ?? ....... that's the weight I like with tires.

Will it work with Your clutch mod by ///Airdam?
John said that if You want to go with greaseless weights You need to go with their fix plate and Sliders or just the rollers and greaseless sliders, dunno.

yea it should work, all i would need is the greaseless rollers and cam plate sliders. it would be nice not to have and mess with all that grease everytime i go into my clutch.

Default The evel one

This is all good..Currently I'm running a Grunt w/2mm shim and 28 Zillas. Power down low and to the 50mph range is fantastic. I'm running a stock sheave so my top speed is somewhat limited..When time permits I'm gonna go in there and upgrade the sheave and would like a set of stall springs and maybe a secondary spring also...Not gonna hurt my feelings to pop big showstopper wheelies. The stock set-up would hit 70mph given enough room. It would be nice to get that back though it could be a little squirelly with 28s. At any rate I'm up to my elbows in HD grease at the moment and the Grizz is running fine. So this will definitely be a project that remains on the back burner until time permits. I'd love to see machined sheaves/roller weights/stall and secondary springs in a kit that will provide massive bottom end torque while hitting mph numbers of a stocker. I'm just sayin" Now that would be COOL

What are the benefits of going greaseless besides not having to repack the sheeve? Any difference in low or top end?
