Default Stalls when given gas

Grizzly stated stalling when I give it gas, doesn't do it everytime and it runs fine at idol and with choke on. I assume I need to clean the carb, I've already pulled the tank etc but how do I remove the throttle cable and what should I look for in the carb?

It's most likely a fuel or air issue. Take the bowl off the bottom of the carb and remove and clean all the jets. I would also clean the air filter with Simple Green and water. A clogged air filter can give you fits like this sometimes. Below is a thread that the covers carb cleaning a little with some good pictures of the jets. Good luck!
