See you got your "Trolling Motor" out there Ray. I would say my 774 miles are on par with most others here. Besides, we all don't live in a state that you can ride your Grizz on the street to the donut shop, I mean bait shop. .

I can believe that, I know depending on the location you can easily do that. Of course some trails are easier than others to rack up serious mileage.

Most miles on trails by me in a day was 70 and it was 12 hours of abuse on the quad and me....lol.

Out in Pa you can ride more miles without the abuse on the quads. Unless you decide to run 50 mph down through a rock garden and then you would just need to get airlifted out and total your raptor.....lol

The most I put on in a day was 115 it was the 1st day I rode it, was a great way to break it in.we rode for about 6 hrs.
The Posion Spider run in Moab this year was 27 miles and it took us 10 hrs. big diff in a rode ride and a trail.

Butch it's great to live where you can ride but the amount of road miles on my Grizzly are minimal at best. I can run 30 miles in less then two hours.
last week I did 126 miles after driving 120 miles to get there.
So it's more a question of how bad you want to ride not whats just close by.

We don't do Donuts here jay but we do RIDE! We can ride on the streets but thats not where my miles come from, the last three rides I did required us to haul our quads over 100 miles to get to the stage area. It's at least 50 miles for me to get out of Phoenix. The will to ride puts miles on the machine not ability.
Oh and what took you so long to figure out I was fat?
Heck I've known been saying that for years now.
Boy you guy's need to loosen up a bit, it does not appear any of you are having fun unless it's decorating the grizzly or editing 2 minutes of trails.
Read my signature... It's a way of life!!!...... other wise it's just a toy!

OK, I admit, my Grizzly is a "toy"...but it is a great toy that I really love. Really wish I had the time and resources to get out a lot more often but, alas.
Most of the miles on my griz were from the previous owner(s) but, truthfully, I'd have to check to see what I've put on. For me, it's more about the time on the Grizz and how much you enjoy it than the distance traveled. I know that I have covered just about every inch (that I'm willing to tackle on a Grizzly) of the local trail system many times and am trying to work out some rides elsewhere but, it's anywhere from 6 hours and up from the homestead to just about any major trails. Def envy you guys that can load up and drive just outside of town and hit the ground runnin'. Unfortunately, Texas is not real big on ORV trails (don't know exactly why) and ORV's are banned from most public land. Also, if you take a look at Google maps and compare the shear space alloted to parks in Texas to that in most of the Western states like Arizona, Utah, Colorado, etc., you can see there is a definite advantage to riders in those states.
I am impressed and, again, envious of those who are able to put big-time miles on their Grizz's but, I very much enjoy the time I do get to spend and, quit frankly, I enjoy talking about riding, maintaining, moding, etc. them with the GR gang almost as much...OK, not almost as much, but a lot.
