Default Sad story - Need your help - L@@K

I never do this, I never ask you guys for help but this is a special circumstance.

This is about a young man named Edwin Triana. He is a good young man, the type that
always tries to put others before himself; tries to be a good person.

Last Thursday, two of Edwin's friends had been drinking at a bar in Point Pleasant, NJ. The
boys felt they were too drunk to drive and called Edwin to pick them up. Edwin being the
kind of young man he is, responded and went to pick his friends up.
On the way home, Edwin's car was struck bu a drunk driver who ran a red light at 70 mph and
virtually destroyed Edwin' car and severely injured Edwin and his two buddies.
The two friends were not hurt too bad, but Edwin sustained a broken jaw, lacerated scalp, broken legs, ect. and had to be cut out of his car and medivaced to a trauma center for what
has so far been 3 surgeries (2 more to come) and days of agony (both for Edwin & his Mother).

Edwin doesn't have a father, and he helps his Mom financially as best he can. Now, whit Edwin being in the hospital fighting to come back - he is not able to help out, or afford another car.

I am asking you guys for help!
Simple and straight up - what ever you can spare.

I have set up a PayPal account that donations can be sent to:
Edwinsfund@aol.com

Please send any donations as a gift, and I will administer the transfer from this account to his mom as soon as the money starts to build.

Here are a few links for more information:

Any amount - 1 buck, 5 bucks, whatever - PLEASE help out one of the good kids in this world!

Thanks!

Let him and his family know that we are paying for a speedy recovery .. Money is kinda tight right now how long will I be able to donate ? I will give a little bit now but would like to give more when I can.

BTW something like this is never a bad idea IMO. You are doing a really good thing for that young man and it speaks volumes of your character. Its always good to know there are still good ppl like you out there. Makes the every day bu**sh** I put up with worth it !

EDIT

I just sent some please let me know I did it correctly. That was the first time I have done that

O.K. - I finally got that all straightened out - I didn't confirm the address
attached to the PayPal account so it wasn't showing the money in the account.

Please make sure ALL donations are sent as PERSONAL and as a GIFT otherwise
Paypal will put a 21 day hold on the money if it's for anything else beside a personal
gift / donation.

Thank you to all that have donated so far; I hope there will be many more to come - hope?!?!
